John Guzzon, Editor & Publisher
For almost 20 years, John Guzzon has been an editor, writer, and involved in product development and sales for communications companies. He has worked for three Arizona newspapers and developed magazines for Gannett and Inform Publishing. He has lived in Arizona since 1979.
Wayne Schutsky, Associate Managing Editor
A journalist, writer and editor living in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and baby boy. He writes news, sports, essays, fiction and other nonsense that will embarrass his son in 15 years or so. You can find his work in Modern Times Magazine, Commercial Executive Magazine, Thought Catalog and the Internets. His first novella, Of Ghosts and the Living, was published by Thought Catalog in 2013.
Karen Weil, Editor-at-large
Native of the Southwest (having grown up in Las Vegas) who has also lived in Southeast Arizona, Southern Utah and two cities in New Mexico. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (with a degree in Communication Studies, emphasis on journalism) she has been both a weekly and daily newspaper reporter, copy editor and newspaper editor. She is a freelance journalist and copy editor residing in California.
Ryan Scott, Editor-at-large
Journalist based in Arizona who has worked for many various online and print publications. With a specific love for one-on one-journalism, event coverage and unique pop-culture pieces, his job is more than just a job, it’s a large part of his life. Morganna Guzzon, Creative Director
Virtually born into publishing, Morganna Guzzon has a passion for graphic arts, photography and finding the best solutions for challenging problems. Her work experience includes The Sierra Vista Herald where she cut her teeth at every aspect of the news gathering and ad sales processes.
Joe Lopez, Director of Services
With more than 20 years of experience in publishing, Joe Lopez has just about seen and done it all. As the former publisher of Loud Magazine, he has been around the world covering concerts and rock celebrities and is also one heck of a sales professional.
